Ordering, Payment and Shipping
- How to Order: To purchase an item, please click the “Buy Now” button and fill out the inquiry form.
- Quotation Process: Within 48 hours of your request, we will send a detailed quote to your email address, confirming availability and shipping costs. Please double check your email address.
- Payment: Once you confirm the order, we will send you a secure payment link via email. We accept payments exclusively through PayPal.
- Note: We do not accept payments or process orders for items that are temporarily out of stock.
- Dispatch & Tracking: After payment is received, we organize shipment within 3 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package is dispatched.
- Carriers: International shipping is provided via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on your region to ensure the best service.
- Remote Areas: If your delivery address is classified as a “Remote Area” by the carrier, an additional surcharge may be included in your shipping quote.
Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- USA: For customers in the USA, customs duties are typically included or exempt under the de minimis threshold, unless stated otherwise.
- Rest of World: For all other countries, shipping costs paid to us do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Refund Policy
- This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and covers domestic and international orders.
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery date; for international shipments, within 30 days from delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
- A return authorization (RMA) is required before shipping items back.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be issued where applicable. We may deduct:
- Outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping/handling charged by the carrier
- Import duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, and any fees we paid due to refusal at customs or return processing
- If a package is not returned to us (lost/abandoned/destroyed by customs or carrier), no refund can be issued.
- The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the destination country.
- Refusal to pay import duties/taxes is treated as a refused shipment. Upon return, we will refund the item price minus:
- Original shipping
- All return-related carrier charges
- Any import duties/taxes/fees we paid for the return or release of the parcel
Refused/Unclaimed Shipments
- If the receiver refuses delivery, fails to pay import duties, or does not collect the package:
- The shipment may return to us or be disposed of per carrier/customs rules.
- Once received back, we will process a partial refund as outlined above.
- If the parcel is not returned, we cannot issue a refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at order email to request an RMA and return procedure.
- Include your order number, photos, videos (if damaged/defective), and the tracking number for the return.
- Do not initiate return shipping by your choosing shipping service, please follow our return procedure or you are responsible for loss or damage during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
- We will offer a replacement or refund after inspection. Shipping deductions do not apply if damage/defect is confirmed.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Coverage: We provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and failures attributable to our workmanship or materials, for as long as the product remains in production.
- Remedies: For validated warranty claims while the product is still produced, we will at our discretion:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace it with a new unit of the same model
- Discontinued Products: If the product is no longer in production, standard conditions apply per this policy (e.g., repair if possible, offer a comparable replacement if available).
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care, unauthorized modifications or repairs, exposure beyond stated specifications, lost or stolen items, or damage during transit not caused by us.
- Proof & Ownership: Warranty service requires valid proof of purchase and applies to the original purchaser only.
- Costs: For approved warranty claims, the repair/replacement is free. Shipping for replacements may be covered domestically; international duties/taxes/fees remain the buyer’s responsibility.
- How to Claim: Contact us with your order number by order email thread, photos/videos showing the defect, and a description of the issue. Do not return items without an RMA.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom-made items
- Clearance/final sale items (unless defective)
Timeframes
- Returns are reviewed within 3–5 business days after receipt.
- Approved refunds post within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank/payment provider.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Otherwise, a refund will be processed per this policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Please contact us first to resolve any issues. We provide tracking, delivery status, and documentation of duties/fees to support resolutions.
Notes:
- Keep all courier documents and customs notices; we may request them to finalize your refund or warranty claim.
- This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer laws.
